Our purpose and vision

Since 1989, Northwest Washington Little League (NWLL) has provided supervised baseball programs in the northwest corner of the District of Columbia under the rules and regulations of Little League International, and in accordance with the following principles:

All participants shall bear in mind that the creation of a healthy competitive environment that fosters the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and citizenship is of prime and paramount importance; the attainment of superior athletic skill and outcomes of the games are at all times incidental and secondary to the education, development and well-being of the children.

NWLL operates as a non-profit educational organization. No part of the net earnings of NWLL shall inure to the benefit of any private individual.
